I don't care too much for Kirsten's bubbly acting style if one can call it that but Maxie's infinitely more palatable than Lulu and when you get down to it, Maxie saved Zander's life so I could never hate her. But, will they go there or keep teasing? Then there's that spoiler which I won't mention here. Maybe Maxie can start eating Spinelli's junk food and put on a few pounds.

Anytime Maxie rips Lulu, I cheer. Maxie may be selfish and manipulative but she doesn't claim to be perfect and admits her flaws...........sometimes. I say Spinie/Spixie or whatever could work. They do have chemistry.
