I've been so busy that I've missed the whole Mitch plotline. Last thing I saw was the day Mitch announced himself in the cabin - or whatever building it was. I tuned in once to see John and Mitch talking, with Mitch taunting John that John let him kill Jared because he (John) wanted Natalie or some such thing. So now, yesterday, I hear Charlie talking about killing some guy and no one seems concerned about Mitch. Did someone kill him? How did he kill Jared? Is anyone watching so...

Is it just me or does anyone else feel having Mitch be Rex's dad is completely predictable? When the whole paternity thing came up, I figured that it would end up this way. I mean, Mitch is a good villian but he's starting to remind me of DAYS' Stefano - always somehow connected to everyone and everything. Anytime something is amiss in Salem, you can bet Stefano and the DiMera's have a hand in it. Seems that it's like that for Mitch too.

I really hate it when they base storylines on stupid stuff. Why on earth would Gigi just not tell Rex what was going on? It's not as if Rex liked Stacy in the first place and wouldn't believe her or anything. This kind of lame story makes everyone look dumb. Gigi could gone to Rex, said, here's the thing... Stacy will only help if we break up.

I don't get why soaps think they need to keep couples apart (mostly by stupid methods) instead of working with them...

Did I miss something about this? Why is it that they all think Shane's going to die, like, tomorrow? They seem to be jumping the gun here with the whole story. One day they find out, the next he's shaving his head so he doesn't have to see his hair fall out - I mean, seriously, did they even go home between finding out and living in the hospital? I don't get it.

I thought the last few days episodes have been really great. I missed today (Friday) but have been impressed with what's going on. It's really good to see Nora and Bo DO something. I've enjoyed everyone's acting, no one seemed really over the top during the horrific stuff and I actually teared up at several different parts.

The only thing that bugs me about the Rex/Gigi storyline is that she'd believe Stacy over Rex. That's always the way it is, the one...

I saw this on TV Guide's website before I heard about Phil Carey. Clint died on Saturday. TV guide is calling it an undisclosed illness at this time. How bizarre is that they passed away a day apart?
